TIER Element boards have an EIR embossed surface with advanced digital print technology for a more realistic look and texture with up to 20 m2 of no repeat patterns which makes for a more natural looking SPC flooring.
The CarbideCore of TIER Element flooring is a mixture of powdered minerals and vinyl resulting in a very rigid board. Using a pre-mixing technique before extruding the core of the profile enhances the aggregate dispersion of the SPC allowing for improved board flexibility.
TIER Element includes an IXPE underlay which gives you the benefits of improved sound insulation for a quieter indoors, better thermal insulation, and a softer feeling underfoot for a more comfortable space.

NATURAL AESTHETIC
Advanced photorealistic technology utilises digitally printed timber scans to create the look of wood for each TIER Element colour option and cutting-edge EIR surface embossing provides the matching woodgrain texture for each board for an enhanced natural aesthetic, all in a high performance SPC composition.
MINIMAL REPEAT PATTERN
The innovative digital printing technology used on TIER Element minimises repeat patterns on the surface of the boards for up to 20 m2 of unrepeated woodgrain patterns. This allows for a more natural look across the flooring expanse.
SOUND SUPPRESSION
The composite layers of TIER Element flooring give it unusually high sound reduction for all types of noise. The vinyl outer layer is soft under impact such as hard shoes. The dense rigid core resists received sounds such as conversations. The foam underlay suppresses the transmission of sound into the building.
WATER RESISTANT
The materials which make up the layers of TIER Element flooring are each highly resistant to moisture absorption. The stability of TIER flooring means the click joint system forms a snug, watertight fit. This means that TIER flooring will not allow a spill to penetrate beneath your floorboards and, therefore, will not swell or buckle.
CLICK INSTALLATION
The core composite layer is machined to exact standards. The stability of this composite means that the shape and size of these precise parts remain consistent. This makes TIER Element flooring easy to install. The board edges will not wear away against each other or deform over time.
HEAT RESISTANT
The core layer can tolerate temperatures of up to 70°C without adverse long-term effects. This means the boards will not behave differently in areas exposed to sunlight compared to those that do not have the same exposure.
STABLE
The mineral component of the CarbideCore stabilises the TIER Element boards. It will not change shape or size under different temperature conditions, and it will not react with typical cleaning chemicals. This stability allows you to install TIER Element flooring without expansion strips on areas up to 100 m², even between adjacent rooms.
VOC FREE
The CarbideCore is a mineral-vinyl composite which uses no glues. It will, therefore, not emit any harmful VOCs into your indoor space. This creates a safer, healthier environment within your residential or commercial building.
